Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, vegetables, and other fresh food products, such items may be exempt from standard cancellation and return rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

We do not accept returns of fresh or perishable products once they have been dispatched or delivered, except where the products are proven to be damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described.

Any issue with an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage to allow us to assess the claim.

Natural variations in size, weight, colour, shape, appearance, or ripeness are normal characteristics of fresh produce and shall not be considered defects or grounds for a refund, replacement, or compensation.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
